I made an appointment for my husband as a new patient on the Friday via the online booking system for 1 week later. The appointment was confirmed online and via text message. On Tuesday my husband got a text message saying it had been cancelled. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and waited 4 days to tell us! not to mention their online booking system was still allowing bookings! My husband was happy to pay privately but when I called, I was informed they were under staffed and had no availability until September. I explained the difficulty we were having and they were not at all concerned. If a dentist gets to the point where they have no appointments for 4 months for emergency patients then they have serious management issues.
This is not the first time that their lack of management has been clear. I have turned up before now having made an appointment for a specific purpose only to be blind sided by them scheduling something else and when challenged they are very rude.
Totally unacceptable behaviour and will never return.
Unfortunately had to cancel my appointment last minute due to my child being poorly and my babysitter cancelling and was met with hostility from the receptionist who was rude and then out the phone down on me. This isn't the first time she has been abrupt and rude either. Tried to email them with a complaint but the email just bounced back. Such a shame as my dentist is lovely but I will now be looking for a new dentist.
Rude receptionists time and time again. I've left the practice and the wide will be also as fed up of their stinking attitude.
I attended for a check up and I required some treatment which was explained thoroughly by Dr Mistry. I had a course of whitening and a few white fillings done of which the results were amazing!! Would highly recommend both Dr Mistry and his fantastic nurse Katy - great bubbly personality!
I recently attended Swadlincote dental practice with a chipped front tooth. I was seen by Dr Mistry and his dental nurse Katy. I have to say they were both very professional and the work which Dr Mistry did looks great and very natural. They both make you feel very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone!

The dentist and dental nurse were really great, they made me feel at ease for my extraction and during my checkup, it is a shame the receptionists are not approachable, they have a superior and condescending attitude, If it weren't for the lovely dentist I'd find another dental practice and the star rating would be a lot lower.Read More
