Excellent care requires excellent people

Every person in our Practice is essential to your care so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives regular training and personal development to ensure we all share the same ethos of putting our patients at the heart of everything we do.

By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 65 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.

Samantha Collins
Trainee Dental Nurse

I am Samantha and I recently joined the practice as a part time Trainee Dental Nurse.
Having been nervous myself of visiting the Dentist when I was younger I remembered how nice the nurses were with me and how that helped me and as I like to work in roles where I help to put people at ease I decided this would be a good role for me and I can have a positive impact on helping nervous patients just as the nurses did for me when I was younger.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my daughter and my friends.
