Excellent care requires excellent people
Every person in our Practice is essential to your care so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives regular training and personal development to ensure we all share the same ethos of putting our patients at the heart of everything we do.
By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 70 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.

Hello my name is Angela. I qualified as a combined dental hygienist and therapist in July 2011 from Sir Charles Clifford dental school university of Sheffield.
I started my career in 2002 as a dental nurse / receptionist and became interested and very passionate about periodontal disease and so furthered my education until I reached my goal of becoming a Hygiensit/Therapist.
In my spare time I love walking my dog and spending time with family and friends, and singing in a band.

Paul Ryder (Dentist)
BDS Wales 1980 GDC No. 54274 (M)
I qualified the University of Cardiff in 1980. I have been in general dental practice with the NHS for since I qualified. I have worked at five different dental practices since qualifying and many of my patients have followed me from practice to practice which is very flattering.
I have been working at Swadlincote Dental Practice since January 2010.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, reading and walking the dog.
Dharmesh Mistry (Dentist)
BDS Lpool 2015 GDC No. 258280 (M)
I am Dharmesh. I qualified from Liverpool Uni in 2015 and I now live back home in Leicester.
I have a keen interest in restorative dentistry and treating anxious patients that have a phobia of visiting the Dentist. I am currently enrolled on the Paul Tipton Restorative course and I am considering looking into completing post graduate training in Sedation in the future.
In my spare time I go to the gym and often go to watch the 16/17 Champions Leicester city at the weekends.
I began my career in the dental industry in April 2002, where I worked as a receptionist in a Private specialist practice. I moved onto an NHS practice in April 2004 to gain more experience within the industry. I progressed into the role of practice manager in 2008. I came to Swadlincote Dental Practice in July 2009 and thoroughly enjoy my role and working alongside my colleagues here.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, baking and spending time with my friends and family.
